My friend from Las Vegas, Bruce, just ran the new Las Vegas marathon. Not only did he get a personal best in making his goal to break four hours, he qualified for Boston with a 3:45:27. Bruce has posted several comments in this blog. I've known him for about seven years, via about.com, but we met for the first time this past August when he came up to run the Great Salt Lake Half Marathon with me.
