The running & walking experiences of an 86 year old man. I used to run and walk alone, but now I walk with my wife, although I sometimes go walking alone. My overall goal is to reach age 100 and still be walking for my long and medium walks. I enjoy my walks, especially those with my wife, although I miss going long distance.

I just learned that this blog has been added to the Excite list of the top 20 healthcare sites. It's an honor to be on that list.
Thanks, Kate! I think the reason my blog gets on a lot of lists is that it apparently is unusual for an older man like me to be running.
By the way, Kate, your blog focuses on the family quite a lot. My wife and I will have our 50th wedding anniversary in about 10 days. We have 11 grand children but no ggc yet. In fact, none of our grandchildren are married. Our oldest is just finishing her Sophomore year at the University of Arizona. She is in the Army ROTC and will be going to Thailand this summer.
