The running & walking experiences of an 86 year old man. I used to run and walk alone, but now I walk with my wife, although I sometimes go walking alone. My overall goal is to reach age 100 and still be walking for my long and medium walks. I enjoy my walks, especially those with my wife, although I miss going long distance.

My legs are still swelling
I measured my legs yesterday and this morning, and they did swell after Saturday's workout. In dressing for my run/walk this morning, I put on an extra layer of compression socks to give more control of the swelling. As long as the swelling doesn't cause my circumference measurements to increase more than 1 cm, I'm not worried about it.

Swelling is normal for most of the people who are doing workouts. I also experienced that before during I exercise regularly, based on my type of exercise.
