It drizzled most of the day yesterday, but today the sky was cloudy with no rain. The temperature was about 52 (F), and there was a 5 mph tail wind when I went out and a 5 mph head wind on the way back.
I ran the 5 miles in 55 minutes. Most of my running was around 10:30, but I ran a mile on the way out at 10 minutes. On the way back, I slowed down to 11 - 11:30 minutes. I could tell I was more tired than yesterday, but I enjoyed the run today and would classify it as a good run.
